Team Nittany

5.Life Competition Teams continue developing and diversifying the performance toolkit through commitment and ambassadorship to the sport of climbing. The athlete explores the culmination of their efforts through training, work ethic, dedication, and pursuit of result. At this level, we expect to see a mental and physical transition from being “climbers” to becoming “athletes” or “athletes in training”. Practices are more intense and have a strong focus on training, injury prevention, stretching, and conditioning.
